Through your generosity, people are being equipped with the truth of the gospel and encouraged to grow deeper in their relationship with Christ. In Uganda, 200 Bibles were distributed to members of three churches across the Central and Eastern regions and to teenagers in Nansana and Katooke who are actively involved in community Bible studies. The youth who received Bibles are in a pivotal season in their lives where being grounded in Scripture will help shape their faith, character, and future.

“We will be following up with these churches and the teenage groups to monitor engagement and to see the spiritual impact of the Bibles distributed, and we look forward to sharing testimonies with you as they come. Thank you once again for walking with us in advancing the gospel and investing in the next generation.” – With gratitude, Andrew Kitamirike, New Identity Uganda

In Kenya, the spiritual growth we are witnessing and the testimonies we are receiving are truly encouraging and are a clear sign that God’s Word is alive and working in his people.

Before receiving a Bible, a young woman named Hellen felt lost and without hope. Although she believed in God, she did not know his Word personally. After receiving her Bible, her life began to change. She started reading it every day, a few verses at a time. God’s Word gave her the strength to survive. She once worried and focused on her problems, but she now trusts God more deeply.

Hellen (above) shared that her prayer life has grown stronger, and her home is filled with more peace. She encourages her family by sharing what she learns from Scripture. With joy, she said, “The Bible has become my daily companion. I no longer feel alone because I know God is with me.”

Raisa* (right) grew up in a conservative Muslim family in Bangladesh and never imagined she would follow Jesus. When a Christian woman shared the message of Christ with her, she became curious, but she was also fearful of what others might think and the persecution she might face.

She received a Bible and began reading it in secret late at night while her family slept. As she read through the Gospel of John, she was deeply moved by the love, grace, and compassion of Jesus. One verse especially captured her heart: “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life” (John 8:12).

Through God’s Word, Raisa found a peace and hope she had never known before. Her story is a powerful reminder of how a brave disciple and a single Bible can transform a life and draw someone closer to Christ.

We praise God for these heart transformations. His Word is bringing faith and new life to many people around the world. Thank you for making stories like these possible.
