Join us in ensuring Feed the Hunger is best prepared with an emergency supply of food ready to distribute during a domestic or global crisis such as a pandemic, hurricane, or conflict. Instead of packing meals in our usual boxes, we fill and seal 40 meal packets (240 servings—the equivalent of a box of food) in a heavy-duty plastic *bucket. This allows us to store the meals for an extended period if necessary. These buckets also have many additional uses: transporting water, carrying supplies, and as a seat or portable toilet. They are easy to transport, durable, and moisture resistant. So, come out to Alamance Crossing May 8–11 and join the Bucket Brigade!
